Deep Texture Editor Blend Modes

You can have up to three texture components in the Bryce Deep Texture Editor (DTE), if you have more than one, the way these components interact is governed by the selected blend mode. In each of the texture components themselves there are three channels, colour, alpha and bump, depending on the blend mode these can be made to interact in different ways to affect one another in the final combination.Because many of the blend modes offer simplified forms of the filtering covered in previous tutorials being familiar with the DTE filters will greatly enhance your understanding help you to get the most out of this feature.
